Quick Cocoa Ice Cream. A simple and quick ice cream to prepare. Perfect for a snack during the summer season.

The quick cocoa ice cream is very simple to prepare. The main ingredients are whipping cream, cream cheese (I used Philadelphia), and unsweetened cocoa powder. You can also enrich it with chocolate shavings or broken biscuits. I simply added some coffee.

After preparing it, just store it in the freezer for about half an hour, so with just a few steps and few ingredients, you can enjoy your ice cream.

How to Prepare Quick Cocoa Ice Cream

  • Place the whipping cream in a bowl after it has been kept in the freezer for 10 minutes.

  • Add the cream cheese (I used Philadelphia) and mix with the electric mixer.

  • Add the cocoa and coffee. (If you want, you can add sugar). Mix with the electric mixer.

  • Pour everything into a container. I placed it in ice cream cups. Store in the freezer for about 30 minutes.

  • Enjoy your serving.
