Quick Nutella Cookies

Quick Nutella Cookies. Simple and quick cookies to prepare, perfect for breakfast and snack time.

The quick Nutella cookies are very simple to prepare. Just make a kind of shortcrust, add lots of chocolate chips and fill with Nutella. They are so easy that I’m sure you’ll have a great time making them with your kids.

No need for molds or other equipment. The only downside is that they disappear quickly, so I recommend doubling the recipe.

Let’s see right away how to prepare the quick Nutella cookies.

Tools

  • 1 Parchment paper

How to prepare Quick Nutella Cookies

  • In a bowl, combine the egg, sugar, oil, flour, chocolate chips, and baking powder.

  • Start mixing with a spoon, then continue kneading by hand until you get a homogeneous dough. If the dough is too sticky, you can add more flour, but do not exceed 2 cups, otherwise, they will become too hard.

  • Take small portions of the dough and flatten them with your hands.

  • Add a teaspoon of Nutella in the center of each piece. Close the edges and work the dough between your hands to form a ball. (I made 10 cookies).

  • Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated, static oven at 356°F. Let them bake for about 15-20 minutes. Please check cooking times based on your oven.

  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and if you like, dust with powdered sugar.

  • Help yourself.
