How to Prepare Quick Yogurt Croissants with Nutella
In a bowl, add the yogurt, sugar, chocolate chips, and egg. Mix with the fork.
Add the oil and continue mixing with the fork.
Add the flour and baking powder. Start mixing with the fork, then when you can’t anymore, continue kneading by hand until you get a smooth dough. (If necessary, add a little more flour).
Divide the dough into two equal parts. Roll out the dough with the rolling pin on a lightly floured surface to form a circle.
Cut the circle horizontally, then vertically, and finally diagonally. This way, you’ll have 8 small triangles.
Add a teaspoon of Nutella at the base of each triangle and roll up. Bring the points towards the inside to form the croissants.
Continue in the same way with the second piece of dough.
Arrange the croissants on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops of the croissants with a little milk.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F and cook for about 15/20 minutes. Be sure to check the cooking times based on your oven.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and, if you like, dust with powdered sugar.
Enjoy.
