Ingredients
- 3.5 oz ricotta
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsps sunflower oil
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 2 tbsps milk
- 3.5 oz dark chocolate
- as needed chocolate chips

How to Prepare the Ricotta and Chocolate Chip Cake
In a bowl, add the sugar and ricotta. Mix with a spoon.
Add the eggs and continue mixing with the spoon.
Add and incorporate the sunflower oil.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix well so that no lumps form. I always mixed with a spoon. Add the milk. Mix.
Finally, add the coarsely chopped dark chocolate (you can use chocolate chips if you prefer). Mix with the spoon.
Transfer the mixture into a 9.5-inch pan, previously buttered and floured. Sprinkle the surface with chocolate chips.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F. Let it bake for about 30 minutes. Please check the cooking times based on your oven.
Remove from oven, let it cool slightly, and enjoy.
