Ingredients
For the base
- 1.8 oz sunflower seed oil
- 3.5 tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 egg
- 7 oz ricotta
- 1 tbsp Nutella®
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1.8 oz sunflower seed oil
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup sugar

How to prepare Ricotta and Nutella Cake with Crumble
First, prepare the crumbs. In a bowl, place the egg and sugar. Mix with the fork. Add the oil and mix. Add the flour and baking powder. Combine with your hands to form crumbs. Set aside for a moment.
Now prepare the filling. In a bowl, place the ricotta, Nutella, and the egg. Mix with a spoon. Also add the chocolate chips. Mix and set aside.
At this point, you can prepare the base. In a bowl, place the egg and sugar. Mix with the electric beater.
Add the oil and milk. Mix.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix with the electric beater.
Finally, add the chocolate chips. Mix everything well.
Place the cake base in a 9-inch pan, previously buttered and floured. Add the filling and level it. Cover everything with the crumbs.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F. Let it cook for about 30/35 minutes. Please check the cooking times based on your oven. The crumbs should be crunchy and golden.
Remove from oven, let it cool slightly, and if you like, dust with powdered sugar.
