The rustic Nutella cookies are delicious cookies perfect for dipping in milk in the morning, or to enjoy as a treat in the afternoon or after dinner.
The recipe is very simple: it involves a yogurt shortcrust pastry made with eggs, sugar, yogurt, flour, and baking powder. To make the dough even more delicious, I added chocolate chips, but if you don’t like them, you can leave them out.
To prepare the rustic Nutella cookies, you won’t need any molds or cutters, making them very smart cookies to prepare. Unfortunately, one leads to another, so they disappear quickly.

How to prepare Rustic Nutella Cookies
In a bowl, add the egg and sugar. Mix with a fork.
Add the yogurt and chocolate chips. Mix with the fork.
Add the flour and baking powder. Start mixing with the fork, then when it’s too hard to mix, continue kneading by hand. You should get a soft and homogeneous dough.
Roll out the dough with the rolling pin on a lightly floured parchment paper, and form a rectangle to your preferred size.
Spread Nutella on half of the rectangle. Fold over and seal the edges with a fork. Place everything on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. You can use the parchment paper used to roll out the dough.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for about 25/30 minutes. Be sure to check the cooking times according to your oven.
Take out of the oven, cut the cookies, and if you like, dust with powdered sugar.
Enjoy your cookies.
