Ingredients
- 1 roll brisé pastry
- 7 oz cup béchamel sauce
- 3.5 oz cup broccoli (boiled and drained)
- 1.5 tbsp tbsp milk
- 0.7 oz tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- to taste cooked ham
- 1.75 oz cup cooked ham (diced)

How to prepare the savory pie with broccoli and béchamel
In a bowl, mix the béchamel sauce with the boiled broccoli cut into pieces.
Add the milk and Parmesan. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Also incorporate the 1.75 oz of diced cooked ham.
Unroll the brisé pastry on a 10-inch tart pan. Leave the parchment paper that comes with the pastry underneath.
Prick the bottom of the brisé pastry with a fork.
Place the slices of cooked ham on the base of the brisé pastry.
Pour the broccoli and béchamel filling over the layer of ham.
Smooth the surface well with a spoon.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 30-35 minutes, or until the brisé pastry is golden and the filling is hot and slightly golden on the surface.
Remove from the oven and serve yourself.
