How to prepare shortcrust pastry muffins
Place the egg and sugar in a bowl and mix with the electric mixer.
Add the oil and mix.
Finally, add the flour, baking powder, and chocolate chips. Mix by hand until you get a compact dough.
Take about 1 oz of dough and place it inside a greased muffin tin or lined with suitable molds.
Press the dough slightly to create the base and also form a small border.
In the center of each muffin, place a teaspoon of Nutella, then cover with the remaining dough creating crumbs.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F (180°C) and cook for about 20 minutes. Please check the cooking times based on your oven.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and if you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve yourself.
