How to Prepare Simple Coffee Cake
In a bowl, add ricotta and sugar. Mix with a spoon.
Add coffee, milk, and oil. Mix with the spoon.
Add flour and baking powder. Mix well, ensuring no lumps form.
Pour the mixture into a 8-inch cake pan, previously buttered and floured. Level and decorate with chocolate chips and sugar crystals.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F and cook for about 40 minutes. Be sure to check the baking time according to your oven by using the toothpick test. If it comes out dry, the cake is ready!
