Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 7/8 cups sugar
- 1/4 cups sunflower oil
- 1/4 cups milk
- 1 cups mascarpone
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1/6 cups coffee
- 3/4 cups chocolate (chopped)

How to Prepare the Soft Coffee and Chocolate Bundt Cake
In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Mix with the electric mixer until you obtain a fluffy and frothy mixture.
Add the milk and oil. Mix with the electric mixer.
Add and incorporate the mascarpone.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything well, being careful not to create lumps.
Add and incorporate the coffee.
Finally, add the chopped chocolate. Mix with a spatula.
Pour the obtained mixture into a 9.5-inch bundt pan previously buttered and floured. My pan does not need to be buttered or floured. If you want to take a look, find it in the list of tools above.
Bake in a preheated oven, static at 350°F, and let cook for about 30/35 minutes. Please check the cooking times based on your oven.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve.
Storage
The soft coffee and chocolate bundt cake can be stored for 3/4 days under a glass dome. Storage times may vary depending on the external temperature.
