Ingredients
For the base
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sunflower oil
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- Half packet baking powder
- 10 1/2 oz white chocolate
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter
- 9 oz ricotta cheese

How to prepare the soft tart with white chocolate
First, prepare the base. In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Mix with the electric mixer.
Add the milk and oil. Mix.
Finally, add the flour and baking powder. Mix well until you get a smooth batter without lumps.

Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F and let it cook for about 20 minutes. Be sure to check the cooking times based on your oven.
Remove the cake from the oven and turn it upside down on a serving plate. Allow it to cool completely.
In a small pot, add 7 oz of chopped white chocolate, heavy cream, and butter. Move to the stove and let the chocolate melt.
Turn off the stove and add the remaining chopped white chocolate. Stir with a spatula until the chocolate is completely melted.
Place everything in the refrigerator and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, add the ricotta cheese and gently incorporate it.
Fill the cake. Decorate according to your taste, and store it in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
