Soft White Chocolate Tarts

Soft White Chocolate Tarts. Simple and quick to prepare, perfect for breakfast and snack time. They are also perfect to serve as a dessert after a meal.

The soft tarts are the ‘mini’ version of the soft tart. They are soft tarts that are baked in a special mold.

Once baked, they are turned upside down and can be filled in a thousand different ways. I used white chocolate, but as I mentioned, you can fill them to your liking.

Let’s see right away how to prepare the soft white chocolate tarts.

  • g sugar
  • g sunflower oil
  • g milk
  • Half packet baking powder
  • 1 ¼ cups g all-purpose flour
  • g chocolate chips

Tools

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Mixer

How to Prepare the White Chocolate Tarts

  • Whisk the eggs with the sugar until you get a frothy mixture.

  • Continue mixing and add the flour, baking powder, milk, and oil. Finally, add the chocolate chips and mix with the electric mixer.

  • Pour the batter into greased and floured molds. If you want to check out my molds, click here.

  • Bake in a hot, static oven at 350°F and let cook for about 15 minutes. Please check the cooking times based on your oven.

  • Remove from oven, let cool, and take out of the molds.

  • Now you can fill them according to your taste. I placed 4 ½ oz of white chocolate, ⅓ oz of butter, and 2 tablespoons of milk in a saucepan. I let everything melt on a low flame, stirring constantly.

  • As I mentioned, you can fill according to your taste, using jam, Nutella, cream, or whatever you prefer.

  • If you use white chocolate as I did, let the tarts rest in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
