Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 3 1/2 tbsp milk
  • as needed chocolate chips

How to Prepare the Spoon Shortcrust Flower

  • Inside a bowl, place the eggs and sugar. Mix with a spoon.

  • Add the yogurt and mix with the spoon.

  • Add the flour, baking powder, and if you like, some orange aroma drops. Mix with the spoon.

  • Add the milk and mix everything well with the spoon until you get a smooth, soft, lump-free batter. The mixture will be sticky.

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the sheet, trying to form petals.

  • After forming the flower, add chocolate chips to each petal and if you like, sprinkle with granulated sugar.

  • Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F and let it cook for about 25/30 minutes. Please check the cooking times based on your oven.

  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and help yourself.
