I used plain Greek yogurt, but you can use your preferred flavor.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/8 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup sunflower oil
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips

How to prepare the Stracciatella Cake with Greek Yogurt
In a bowl, place the eggs and sugar. Mix with an electric mixer until you get a fluffy and frothy mixture.
Add the oil and Greek yogurt. Continue mixing with the electric mixer.
Add the flour and mix with the electric mixer. You should get a smooth and lump-free mixture.
Finally, add the baking powder, chocolate chips, and if you like, a few drops of vanilla flavor. Mix everything well with the electric mixer.
Pour the obtained batter into an 8-inch pan, previously buttered and floured.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F and let it bake for about 35/40 minutes. Please check the cooking times according to your oven.
Take out of the oven, let it cool, and if you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve yourself.
