How to Prepare the Strawberry and Orange Juice Bundt Cake

  • In a bowl, place the eggs and sugar. Mix with an electric mixer.

  • Add the oil and orange juice. Mix with the electric mixer.

  • Add the flour and baking powder. Mix with the electric mixer, being careful not to create lumps.

  • Add the chopped strawberries and chocolate flakes. Mix with a spoon.

  • Pour the mixture into a previously buttered and floured 9-inch bundt pan. My pan doesn’t need buttering or flouring. If you want to take a look, you can find it here.

  • If desired, add more chopped chocolate and strawberries on top. (I added 50 g of chocolate and 50 g of strawberries).

  • If you like, add some granulated sugar so that a golden crust will form during baking.

  • Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F. Let it bake for about 35/40 minutes. Please check the baking times according to your oven by doing the toothpick test.

  • Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and enjoy.
