  • 1 jar plain yogurt
  • 1 jar milk
  • Half jar sunflower seed oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How to Prepare Stuffed Focaccia Without a Scale

  • In a bowl, combine the eggs, yogurt, milk, oil (a little less than half a jar), and salt. Mix with a fork.

  • Add the flour. (I used 3 and a half jars, you need to gauge by eye). Mix with a fork.

  • Also add the yeast and mix with the fork.

  • Pour half of the obtained batter into a 9.5-inch pan. The pan should be shallow like the one used for baking tarts. Line the pan with baking paper.

  • Level the batter using a spoon. The batter is very soft and sticky.

  • Stuff according to your taste. I used cooked ham and cheese slices.

  • Cover with the remaining batter and gently level again with the spoon. Bake in a preheated, static oven at 356°F and let cook for about 30 minutes. Be sure to check the cooking times according to your oven.

  • Remove from the oven and serve. It’s good both hot and cold.
