How to prepare the Two-tone Bundt Cake with Alchermes
In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Mix with the electric mixer until you get a fluffy and frothy mixture.
Add the yogurt and oil. Mix with the electric mixer.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix well, being careful not to create lumps.
Add the chopped chocolate and mix with a spoon.
Pour a little more than half of the mixture into a pre-greased and floured 9-inch Bundt cake pan. My pan does not need to be greased or floured. If you want to take a look, you can find it here.
Add the Alchermes to the remaining mixture and mix with a spoon.
Pour the pink mixture into the pan. If desired, sprinkle with granulated sugar so a golden crust forms during baking, and if desired, add more chocolate chips.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 30/35 minutes. Please check the cooking times based on your oven by doing the toothpick test.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve.
