Two-tone Bundt Cake with Milk Chocolate. A simple and quick cake perfect for breakfast and snack.

The two-tone bundt cake is very easy to prepare: it is perfect for the breakfast and snack of the whole family.

The preparation is very simple and doesn’t require special skills in the kitchen. The ingredients needed to prepare it are few. It’s a traditional cake that never goes out of style.

I used milk chocolate, but if you prefer, you can also use dark chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seed oil
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 5.3 oz milk chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1.4 oz milk chocolate (chopped)

  • 1 Bundt pan

How to prepare the two-tone bundt cake with milk chocolate

  • In a bowl, place the eggs and sugar. Mix with the electric mixer.

  • Once you have a light and fluffy mixture, add the milk and oil. Mix with the electric mixer.

  • Add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything well, being careful not to create lumps.

  • Melt the chocolate in a small saucepan with two tablespoons of milk. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly.

  • Add the 1.4 oz of chopped chocolate to the batter and mix with a spoon.

  • Pour half of the batter into a 9.5-inch bundt pan, previously buttered and floured. My pan doesn’t need to be buttered or floured. If you want to take a look, click here.

  • Add the melted chocolate to the remaining batter. Mix with a spoon until you get a homogeneous mixture.

  • Pour the cocoa mixture into the pan.

  • Bake in a preheated, static oven at 356°F and let it cook for about 35/40 minutes. Please check the cooking times based on your oven.

  • Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
