Ingredients
- 4.2 oz sugar
- 0.5 cup sunflower oil
- 2 eggs
- 5.3 oz Greek yogurt
- 1.25 cups all-purpose flour
- Half packet baking powder
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp milk

How to make the Two-Tone Cake with Greek Yogurt
In a bowl, place the eggs and sugar. Mix with the hand mixer.
Add the Greek yogurt and oil. Mix with the hand mixer.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything well, being careful not to create lumps.
Divide the batter into two equal parts, and in one part add the unsweetened cocoa powder and two tablespoons of milk. Mix everything well.
Pour the two mixtures alternately by spoonfuls into a previously buttered and floured 8-inch cake pan.
Bake in a hot, static oven at 356°F and let it cook for about 35/40 minutes. Please check the baking time based on your oven.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and if you like, dust with powdered sugar.
