Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup sunflower oil
  • 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt (vanilla)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

How to Prepare the Vanilla Yogurt Cake in Air Fryer

  • In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Mix with a hand whisk.

  • Add the oil and yogurt and mix.

  • Finally, add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything well with the hand whisk being careful not to create lumps.

  • Pour the batter into a silicone mold of 7 inches.

  • Cook in the air fryer at 350°F for about 20 minutes. Make sure to check the cooking times based on your air fryer.

  • Remove from air fryer, let it cool slightly, and if desired, dust with powdered sugar.

Storage and Notes

At room temperature in an airtight container for two to three days. You can freeze it for a month, well wrapped in plastic wrap or freezer bag.

If you don’t have an air fryer, you can bake it in a preheated oven, static at 340°F for about 25 minutes.
