How to Make the Yogurt Cake with Jam and White Chocolate
In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Mix with an electric mixer until you get a fluffy and frothy mixture.
Add the yogurt and oil and mix with the electric mixer.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything well, being careful not to create lumps.
Pour the cake mixture into a previously greased and floured 8-inch pan. Add spoonfuls of jam to the surface.
Add the chocolate chips and slightly swirl the cake’s surface with a spoon to create a marbled effect.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F and let it cook for about 30/35 minutes. Please check the baking times according to your oven.
Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
