Yogurt Cheese Focaccia. A simple and quick focaccia to prepare. Perfect to serve as an appetizer.
The yogurt cheese focaccia is a soft, simple, and quick focaccia to prepare. It’s excellent stuffed or enjoyed on its own.
As I mentioned, it’s perfect to serve as an appetizer, as a bread substitute, or for a buffet. Just cut it in half and fill it.
To make it even more delicious, I added some sliced green olives to the dough, but you can also omit them.
But let’s see right away how to prepare the yogurt cheese focaccia.

Line a 12×16 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Place the mixture inside and drizzle with some oil.
Spread the focaccia with your hands inside the pan. Add another drizzle of oil, then bake in a preheated static oven at 392°F. Let it cook for about 15 to 20 minutes. Please check the cooking times according to your oven.
Remove from oven, let it cool slightly, and serve.
