Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seed oil
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 2 oz dark chocolate (chopped or chips)

  • 1 Spatula

How to prepare the yogurt heart cake.

  • In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Mix with the electric hand mixer until you get a fluffy and frothy mixture.

  • Add the yogurt and oil. Mix everything well.

  • Add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything well, making sure not to create lumps.

  • Add the chopped chocolate and mix with a spatula.

  • Pour the obtained mixture into a heart-shaped mold of 9.5/10 inches and bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F. Let it cook for approximately 25/30 minutes. Make sure to check the cooking time based on your oven.

  • Remove from the oven and let the cake cool, then place it on a serving plate.

  • Once cooled, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

  • Enjoy your cake.
