How to Prepare the Yogurt Marble Cake with Cocoa
In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Mix with an electric mixer or a hand whisk.
Also add the yogurt and oil. Continue mixing.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything well, being careful to avoid lumps.
Add the chocolate shavings or chips and mix with a spatula.
Pour half of the batter into a previously greased and floured 9.5-inch bundt pan. My pan does not need to be greased or floured. If you want to take a look, you’ll find it above in the ingredient list.
In the other half of the batter, add the cocoa powder and mix with the electric beaters to achieve a uniform color.
Pour the cocoa batter into the pan. If desired, add more chocolate shavings.
Bake in a preheated, static oven at 350°F and let cook for about 30/35 minutes. Be sure to check the cooking time based on your oven by doing the toothpick test.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve.
