Apple and Puff Pastry Roses

Apple and puff pastry roses, very tasty but even more scenic because as we know, apple desserts are delicious and if they also catch the eye, even better. They are so easy and quick that anyone can prepare them, it just takes a bit of manual skill. Ideally, homemade puff pastry would be used, but for a last-minute dessert, the ready-made roll is just fine. • Cut 3 strips from the longest side, place half-slices of apple on each strip. They should be half out of the edge and half overlapping. Roll them gently on themselves, with care. Place the roses inside muffin cups, sprinkle each with raw cane sugar, bake and cook for 35 minutes. Remove the dessert from the mold while still warm. Once cold, sprinkle powdered sugar.
