The Banana bread is an American dessert with bananas as the main ingredient. If you have ripe bananas at home (but not black), you can use them for this kind of loaf cake. I made my Banana bread with pistachios and chocolate. The preparation is very simple and practical because you won’t need any appliances other than the oven, so get your bowls, hand whisk, spatula and prepare this delight for breakfast or snack. Ah, I forgot to tell you that sliced and toasted in the oven it’s delicious!

Steps
Preheat the static oven to 350°F and butter and flour the loaf pan. In a large bowl, pour the sifted flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the chocolate chips, 1 cup of pistachio crumbs (the remaining 1/4 cup will be sprinkled on top), mix everything, and set aside to focus on the other ingredients.
In another bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them. Add the bananas mashed with a fork and the plain yogurt.
Continue by pouring in the melted lukewarm butter, and once everything is well combined, pour the mixture into the other bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Use the spatula to mix so that the dry ingredients blend well and form a homogeneous batter.
Pour the batter into the previously buttered and floured loaf pan, sprinkle the top with the reserved pistachio crumbs and bake in the middle of the oven. Cook for 55 minutes, checking with a toothpick. Turn off the oven and let it rest for a few minutes with the door ajar. The Banana bread with pistachios and chocolate will be ready to serve for breakfast or snack once it’s warm. And if there are any leftover slices, try toasting them in the oven for an even better taste.
