Chocolate-Covered Cookie Treats

in

The Chocolate-Covered Cookie Treats are a must-make, egg-free and no-bake delight. How did they come about? I had leftover dry cookies from the Cookie Salami recipe and thought of crumbling them, adding almonds, candied orange peel, and small piles dipped in white and dark chocolate . . . a real delicacy!

  • Also add the candied orange peel cut into cubes and the crumbled cookies. Mix well with the spatula so that all the dry parts are well incorporated.
