Classic Caprese Cake

The Caprese Cake is a classic of Neapolitan pastry made with chocolate and almonds. It is moist and soft in the center and crunchy on the outside. This dessert does not require the use of flour or yeast as its creation story tells, a forgetfulness of flour by the Caprese pastry chef Carmine di Fiore. The Classic Caprese Cake is suitable for any occasion, from parties to snacks, and served sprinkled with powdered sugar and chocolate shavings, it will make a great impression. Among the many recipes for this dessert, I found this one by pastry chef Alfonso Pepe, which I only modified by the quantity of eggs. His recipe calls for 150 grams of eggs (3) + 80 grams of egg whites (3), but by mistake, I added 3 extra yolks, which did not affect the deliciousness of the cake. Now, if you want to make it with me, I will describe the recipe step by step with my quantities.
