- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3.5 oz 70% dark chocolate

Steps
Preheat the oven to 340 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the egg white in a bowl and use an electric mixer at high speed to whip it until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the sugar while continuing to whip, then gently fold in the coconut flour using a spatula.
Use a teaspoon to scoop small amounts and form balls the size of a cherry. Place them spaced apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a static oven at 340 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes. Turn off the oven and let them cool. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a double boiler or in the microwave, and use two toothpicks to dip the balls into the chocolate. Place them on a parchment-lined sheet to dry. Once cooled, serve them on a tray.
Storage
