- 2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/3 cups muesli
- 1/2 cup whole cane sugar
- 6 1/3 tbsp butter (melted in a bowl)
- 2 eggs (medium)
- 2 1/2 oz 70% dark chocolate (chopped with a knife)
- 1/4 tsp fine salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp powdered sugar (for decoration)

Steps
Pour the sifted flour and baking powder, salt, baking soda, and sugar into a bowl. Mix and add the muesli, mix again and add the eggs, which should be beaten in a small bowl first. Blend and incorporate the chopped chocolate. Preheat the static oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Melt the butter in a double boiler or microwave and once cooled, pour it into the dough. Incorporate it well, and from the firm dough, take portions of about 1 oz each. Using the palms of your hands, form balls that will be placed on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, then sprinkled with powdered sugar. Bake and cook at mid-height for 18-20 minutes.
