Ingredients
- 4 cups peas (fresh)
- 1 leek
- 1 potato
- 2 zucchini
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 lb asparagus
- 1/3 tsp fine salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Steps
Prepare the vegetables by starting to shell the peas. Thinly slice the leek up to the green part, dice the potato and celery.
Dice the zucchini, wash the asparagus, and peel the outer skin with a peeler, put this waste in a pot full of water and bring to a boil, leaving it on the fire for 5 minutes. Cut the asparagus tips and the rest into pieces. Strain the water removing the waste and add all the vegetables. Add a little salt and let the Detox Green Soup cook for 1 hour. Before serving, add the extra virgin olive oil.
