Fruit and vegetable juice with extractor, a vitamin-rich drink easily prepared at home, delicious and without preservatives. A healthy way for children to get the vitamins they need. Making this juice is very simple; there are various models of extractors available on the market, from the simplest and most economical to the slightly more expensive ones, not to be confused with a centrifuge.

- Extractor

Steps
Prepare well-washed carrots, celery, and fennel. Scrape the carrots and remove the ends. Slice the fennel. Clean the pineapple by removing the skin and the tougher central part, then cut into rough chunks. Peel the orange and make sure there are no seeds that could damage the extractor. Insert a few pieces at a time into the extractor pitcher, ensuring the containers are well positioned under both the liquid outlet and the waste. Once the flow is exhausted, close the spout, stir the juice in the pitcher, and serve in glasses. It is recommended to drink it immediately as vitamins disperse with air and light.
