Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 9 tbsps butter
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp orange zest (chopped)
  • 1 egg (whole)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 pinch fine salt
  • 1 cup Nutella®

Steps

  • Quickly knead the sugar with the butter and chopped orange zest. Add the egg, the yolk, and a pinch of salt. Add the sifted flour, knead quickly and form a dough ball, which should be kept in the fridge for 30 minutes wrapped in plastic wrap.

  • Roll out a disk of shortcrust pastry 1/8 inch thick and place it in the mold on a round sheet of parchment paper. Evenly distribute the Nutella, form the strips, place them on the tart, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat the static oven to 350°F and after the time has elapsed, bake at mid-height. Bake for 30 minutes, checking. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
