Ingredients
- 2/3 lb lamb (about 10.6 oz)
- 2/3 lb sausage (about 10.6 oz)
- 3 potatoes
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 3/4 tsp fine salt
- 1 1/3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 6 leaves sage
- 1 clove garlic

Steps
Cut the lamb into pieces, removing any bone fragments, and put them in the pan with the oil and the chopped herbs and garlic. Let brown and add the sausage cut into pieces. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and toss them into the pan with the other ingredients. Brown well, deglaze with the white wine, add salt and let cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Serve the Lamb, Sausage and Potato Skillet hot.
Tips
If you don’t have lamb or don’t like it you can substitute it with chicken or turkey cut into bite-sized pieces.
