The Mimosa Roll with Cream and Cherries is a cute dessert to prepare for occasions like Women’s Day or Mother’s Day, but also for spring parties. The execution is very easy, just prepare a sponge cake, a cream that in this recipe is made with milk chocolate and mascarpone, syrupy fruit, and the dessert is done.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

  • What can be used instead of cherries?

You can use canned peaches cut into pieces and use the syrup to moisten.

  • Is baking powder not used?

Since it is like a sponge cake, it is not needed; in this recipe, it is not included, but if you want, you can use it. I have added it in some rolls.
