Here’s a recipe that I really love, an incredibly soft orange-flavored cake perfect for breakfast. The main ingredient is the orange used whole without removing the peel and blended. The origin of the recipe comes from Sicilian tradition, with their fragrant oranges. The Orange Bread Cake is also very suitable for children’s snacks.

- Immersion blender
- Electric whisk
- Bundt pan
Steps
Preheat the oven in static mode to 350°F. Wash the orange very well and cut it into pieces without removing the peel and remove any seeds. Place it in a large glass and blend using the immersion blender. Break the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar, and whip them into a cream with the electric whisk. Add the oil and the blended orange cream, still using the whisk. Pour in the sifted flour and baking powder, the salt, and mix using the spatula.
Pour the batter into the buttered and floured mold and bake at mid-height. Bake for 40 minutes checking, turn off the oven and leave for another 5 minutes with the door ajar. Remove from the oven, let cool, and turn the cake out onto a plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
