The Pork Neck Rolls known as “bombette silane” are small pork rolls typical of Apulian cuisine. The three main ingredients are pork neck, bacon, and Silano caciocavallo cheese. Cooking is done in a pan, but for a lighter version, you can bake them at 392 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes.

- Cutting Board
- Meat Tenderizer
- Pan
- Toothpicks
Steps
Place the slices of pork neck between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them with the meat tenderizer until very thin but without breaking the meat. Place bacon, thinly sliced caciocavallo, and a minced mixture of garlic and parsley on each slice. Salt and pepper. Roll the slices up, closing the edges tightly and pressing them with your hands.
They should be small and secured with toothpicks. Pour the oil into the pan and, once hot, place the rolls in it, turning them every 5 minutes so they brown on all sides while keeping the heat low. After 20 minutes, they will be ready to serve.
