Ingredients

  • 1 roll puff pastry (rectangular)
  • 10.5 oz Taleggio
  • 3.5 oz smoked salmon
  • 1 tsp chives

Steps

  • Roll out the puff pastry. Using a pizza wheel or knife, cut six strips of equal size. Place thin slices of Taleggio on each strip. Also add the salmon, ensuring it extends slightly beyond the strip.
