Sometimes we spend so much time thinking about how to present an appetizer and don’t realize how versatile puff pastry is. It’s essential to always have it in the fridge; any added ingredient works perfectly. Rolled, flat, bagged, or spiral-shaped… let’s use our imagination. A few days ago, I made the sweet version rose-shaped with apples, which was cute, but today we’re going savory with Puff Pastry Flowers with Salmon and Taleggio.
