The Ridged Celery with Pasta Maker is one of the many pasta shapes you can prepare with this machine. In ten minutes, I achieved fantastic pasta using half semolina and half all-purpose flour, oil, salt, water, and no eggs.

Steps
Insert the plug and turn on by pressing the power button. Select Egg-free Pasta and open the lid. As soon as the screen shows 0:00, pour the sifted flours into the kneading compartment, read the screen which will indicate the flour weight, and close the lid. Now the screen will tell you how much liquid to add. Using the provided cup, measure oil, salt, and water up to 110. Actually, it asked for 105, but I prefer a more workable dough. Press the button to start mixing and the screen will start a countdown, now you can pour the liquid through the slot on the lid. The machine kneads for 3 minutes but to have a better dough, I stop it after the first minute and after the second, allowing it to rest for a few more minutes.
Now the pasta will start to come out. Use the pasta cutter to cut the ridged celery to a length of 1.5 inches, and gradually place them on a surface sprinkled with semolina. Cooking will take just 2 minutes.
