Ingredients
With these doses, you get 20 bars
- 2 tbsp acacia honey
- 2 tbsp whole cane sugar (Muscovado)
- 1/4 cup cane sugar
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest (grated)

Steps
Pour the sesame seeds into a small pan and toast them. In another pan, melt the honey with both types of sugar and as soon as it caramelizes, add the grated lemon zest and sesame seeds. Mix well so that everything is combined.
Place the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper prepared earlier and greased with a little rice or seed oil. Cover with another greased sheet and, with the help of a rolling pin, flatten it. Before it cools and becomes too hard, cut the brittle and shape it as preferred, into bars, diamonds, or with the cookie cutters you like most.
