- 10.6 oz lamb
- 10.6 oz sausage
- 3 potatoes
- 3.4 tbsp dry white wine
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 1.4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 6 leaves sage
- 1 clove garlic

Steps
Cut the lamb meat into pieces, removing any bone fragments, and place them in a pan with the oil and chopped herbs and garlic. Let them brown and add the sausage in pieces. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and add them to the pan with the other ingredients. Sauté well, deglaze with white wine, salt, and cook until the potatoes are done, about 15 minutes. Serve the Skillet of Lamb Sausage and Potatoes hot.
