For making rustic desserts, the Whole Grain Shortcrust Pastry with 5 Grains is truly perfect. I have already used this type of flour to make Soaking Cookies, so for the shortcrust pastry, I went for it knowing how good the taste is and great the result. With this base, you can prepare cookies, pies, and in school time, practical mini tarts to take as a snack.
