- 1.1 lbs Swiss chard (net of waste)
- 2.1 oz provola
- 2 tablespoons grated Grana Padano
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 clove garlic
- extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
Clean the Swiss chard and wash it in cold running water.
Heat a pan with a drizzle of oil and a clove of garlic. Add the chard, salt it, and cook for a few minutes until it wilts (1).
Do not let them dry completely but allow them to retain some of their liquid. Alternatively, you can boil the chard in salted boiling water, then drain and squeeze it.
Place the cooked chard in a baking dish, add the provola, cut into small cubes, the grana, and the breadcrumbs. Finally, drizzle with a little oil (2).
Place the dish in a fan oven at 356-374°F and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Tips and Notes
You can use any cheese you like, provola, scamorza, fontina, mozzarella, etc. If you use mozzarella, let it drain from excess liquid before using.
