Notes and Variations
You can cook the meatballs in a pan, with a drizzle of seed oil. In this case, I recommend adding a bit more bread to the mixture to make them firmer and easier to turn.
You can replace the green broccoli with cauliflower or Romanesco cabbage. You can use natural tuna instead of the one in oil.
