Tips and Variations
In season, you can use fresh artichokes: clean them, cut them into wedges, and cook them in a pan with a drizzle of oil, a splash of water, and a pinch of salt, finally add them to the rolls.
Adjust the cooking times based on the thickness of the meat.
You can substitute speck with cooked ham or bacon. You can use turkey breast instead of chicken breast, the important thing is that the slices are very thin.
You can season with thyme, marjoram, or other herbs.
