Tips and Variations
If you have rather large zucchinis, remove a bit of the central white part, which is rich in water.
You can use sliced bread, sandwich bread, or rustic bread without the crust.
You can add a tablespoon of grated parmesan to the mixture. You can flavor it with your choice of herbs, or with spices like curry or sweet paprika.
