- 11 oz pasta
- 14 oz champignon mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic
- 7 oz cooking cream
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- parsley
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper

Preparation
Clean the mushrooms by removing the end of the stem, which is dirty with soil. Rub them with damp paper towels, or quickly rinse them under the faucet.
Slice them into thin slices.
Sauté a clove of garlic in a frying pan with a splash of oil. Add the mushrooms and cook them over high heat until they are tender, adding a pinch of salt (1).
Add the tomato paste, diluted with a little water (2), remove the garlic and stir. Continue cooking for a couple of minutes.
Finally, add the cooking cream and a pinch of black pepper (3).
Boil the pasta in salted boiling water for the necessary time. Drain it and pour it into the pan with the mushrooms.
