Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs chard (fresh, cleaned)
- 1.1 lbs potatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper

Preparation
Wash the chard, drain them and roughly chop.
Heat a pan with extra virgin olive oil and a clove of garlic (whole or minced, to your taste). Add the chard, salt them and cook for a few minutes (1).
Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into chunks and blanch in salted water for 5-6 minutes.
Drain them and brown them in another pan, with a little oil and a pinch of salt and pepper (2).
When they are golden, add the chard and mix (3).
Let it flavor for a few minutes over medium heat.
Your Dalmatian Chard and Potatoes side dish is ready, you can serve it hot or warm, as an accompaniment to a good main course.
Tips and Notes
If you don’t have chard, you can replace it with spinach or mixed greens.
I recommend using fresh ingredients, but if necessary you can use frozen chard.
You can flavor with paprika or chili pepper.
