Tips and Variations
You can prepare the cream with 2 whole eggs as I did, or with 4 yolks if you prefer. If you use only the yolks, you can keep the whites for breading, so as not to waste them.
If you don’t have cornstarch, you can replace it with potato starch, or use 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour directly.
With the indicated quantities, you should get 45-60 cream bites, depending on how you cut them.
You can also flavor the cream with orange zest or vanilla essence.
