Notes and tips
In this case, I used Greek yogurt with 2% fat, but full-fat or 0% fat yogurt is also fine.
If you want to pair the pancakes with savory ingredients, just omit the sugar and you will have neutral-flavored pancakes.
If you have leftovers, you can store them in the refrigerator in a closed container. Then you can reheat them in the oven, toaster, or microwave.
